As a fully registered Professional Clinical Hypnotherapist, it’s my passion to inspire and empower children, young people and adults to overcome their psychological and emotional barriers. I love to help individuals accomplish more than they ever dreamed possible.
Along with training in various therapy techniques and 20 years experience as a personal development coach, I am passionate about using my skills in hypnotherapy, counselling, coaching and mentoring, to offer clients the best service I possibly can.

As a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register I participate in British Psychological Society approved continuing professional development. I receive professional supervision, and abide by a strict code of ethics, and practice, including confidentiality and child protection.

As well as running a successful busy therapy practice, I am also the Founder of Calm Kids Coaching, Stress Solutions, Mindfulness for Kids and The Hypnotherapy Training Academy – offering professional Hypnotherapy Diploma Training.
